Ditch your dresser✨
Living in a small space brings out creativity. One of the most creative additions to my NYC apartment, is my 5 shelf adjustable storage rack. Choosing to have a storage rack instead of a dresser was not a difficult decision. In the past I have shared spaces with fellow co workers, I am a flight attendant, and dressers were never used. The most practical way to share a space, with multiple people, was to use a rack. When offered a fantastic little apartment, in a great area in Queens NYC, I knew exactly how I would style it.
Many people would think that a storage rack is an eyesore for anything but a garage, but you could be far from being incorrect. Also, having very little space in your apartment tends to be remembered more than how you choose to store your clothing. My guest have always complimented my on the rack and spoke hot great of an idea it is. This leads to a conversation on the many benefits that are over looked.
First benefit of a storage rack is the dimensions. Not only are racks taller. but the depth is smaller. So they take us less room where you would walk and cover more floor to ceiling space.
The next benefit is the amount of weight you can put on each rack and the fact that you have five of them! You can place a variety of objects on the racks without worrying about destroying it. I placed everything from luggage, to packages to electronics on my rack.
The next benefit of a storage rack is the price any how durable they are. Not much more to say about that.
